• Nextgen provides standard manufacturer SLA (service level agreement).

• Nextgen is an official supplier, consequently you can also directly contact the manufacturers for support.

Shipping company warranty

In general Shipping companies do not provide shipping warranties. However you can subscribe to a third party shipping insurance.
